Daring Way for Organizations, Teams, and Leaders

Bring Dr. Brené Brown’s Daring Way™ research on courage, vulnerability, shame, and empathy to strengthen your organization.

Daring Way Curriculum

Dr. Brené Brown and her team have developed the Daring Way Curriculum to help individuals and teams become leaders who thrive in the areas of innovation, quality improvement and execution excellence. This curriculum is based on the research in Brené Brown’s books, including Daring Greatly, which is the ultimate playbook for developing brave leaders and courageous cultures. Daring Way is a collection of four skill sets that are 100% teachable, and requires brave work, tough conversations, and showing up with authenticity and vulnerability.

The curriculum focuses topics covered in Brene’s books, including courage, vulnerability, shame, and empathy. Our methodology is designed for work with individuals, couples, families, and groups.

The curriculum also covers developing courage-building skills and teaching people how to move from armoured leadership to daring leadership. The Daring Way Curriculum combines videos, in-person facilitation, and customized exercises that will help your team excel and reach the corporate and strategic goals that you have been anticipating for.
